Welcome to Camp
Welcome to Online Registration 2.1. Woodland Trails is proud to present you with a terrific (and easy!) system to register, manage, and support your unit in the coming months as you prepare for a great summer adventure.
So how do you get started? First, you need to get your unit registered. You'll fill out a brief form with all the typical stuff - camp coordinator info, unit info, approximate number of youth, and a few extra items that are just about Woodland Trails.
What's after that? Next, you need to get your scouts in our system. Use our simple interface to plug in your roster with all the vital info, such as name, rank, and age.
If you've got a lot of scouts to load up (like more than 30) click here and fill out this template (it's in Excel format) - FILL OUT THE TEMPLATE JUST LIKE THE EXAMPLES. Send it off to webmaster@woodlandtrails.org and we'll get the roster imported for you.
OK, is it time for program yet? You bet! We'll load up your unit into our state-of-the-art registration system so all you have to do is go through and pick out the program selections. Don't worry if you've got a long list - every choice is saved instantly and you can change them on-the-fly up until the Wednesday before you arrive at camp.
Well that wasn't so bad. Is there more? Nope - congratulations, you're finished! Check to see that you don't have any outstanding alerts on your home page, and feel free to give us a shout if you have any questions. If you need, you can modify your unit registration info if anything has changed, or add additional scouts to your roster if it's needed.
